This is a great dish for something a little special. Chicken breast stuffed with garlic cheese and wrapped in parma ham, yummy.
Pre.heat oven 195 c
4 Large chicken breasts
1 pk parma ham or any dried thin ham
1 pot soft garlic cheese
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oil.
firstbutterfly slice the chicken breast. slice the breast from the side make sure you do not slice all the way through. flatten out the breast and add a tablespoon of garlic cheese. sprinkle with salt and pepper. close the chicken breast pocket. next wrap the breast in the parma ham make sure all the chicken is covered. put the chicken on a baking tray and sprinkle with the oil and bake in the oven for about 30 mins. the chicken is ready when it feels firm to the touch. Leave to rest for about 10 mins then slice and serve. lovely with rice or potatoes.
