makes enough for one loaf
1 kg plain flour
50 gr yeast
1 teaspoon salt
600 ml warm water
1\2 teaspoon sugar
150ml oil
for decoration i used
Beetroot using the stalks as well
clover flowers, stalks and leaves
broccoli
lingonberries
red peppers
cherry tomatoes
chia seeds.
how to make
In a large bowl add all of the ingredients apart from 50ml oil and mix together to form a ball. knead the dough by hand oe with a kitchen machine for about 5 mins. Then put back in the bowl, cover and leave for about 45 mins to rise. when doubled in size knead the dough again on a floured surface. pour the 50ml of oil into the baking tray and then puch the dough into the pan, make sure you get into the courners. faltten the dough with your hands. Then begin to decorate you can do what ever you like let you imagination run wild.
Bake the dough in pre heated oven for about 25 mins. tastes great on its own or with pasta, enjoy
