235 ml  Warm water

1            Egg

2 tbl sp Melted butter

1 tbl      Sugar

1 tsp     Salt

1 tbl      oil any kind

ove n temp 190 oC

In a large bowl att 75 gr of the flour the yeast and warm water. Give it a good stir and leave for 5 mins so the yeast begins to bubble. Then whisk in the egg, melted butter, sugar and salt. when all whisked in them add the rest of the flour. Mix till you have a sticky dough then knead on a floured surface for about 5 mins till the dough becomes more elastic. Put back in the bowl and cover with plastic, leave in a warm place for 2 hours.

After 2 hours knead the dough again then divide into 12 equals pieces, roll the dough into balls, buns then place on a baking tray with baking paper, space the buns out a bit as they will rise and spread out at this point you can if you like brush the rolls with  beaten egg and sprinkle over some sesame seeds . cover the tray with a tea towel and leave again for 1 hour.

After 1 hour they are ready for the oven, bake in a pre heated oven for about 15 - 20 mins, they are ready when they are golden brown and sound hollow if you tap the bottom. Eat as soon as you like and enjoy!
