Beetroot Hummus

Serves 6

2 tins     chickpeas

1 jar       pickled beetroot

In a blender whizz the drained chickpeas and drained beetroot. Blend till a smooth paste season with a bit of salt.

Serve with carrot sticks, chopped peppers and cucumber. Also yummy with salted crisps.
