Lemon Pasta
500 gr Dried Pasta of your choice
1 Lemon zest and juice
50 gr Butter or milk free alternative
salt and pepper
Cook your pasta like normal, when cooked drain but keep a little of the water. Put the pasta back in the pan. put in the butter, lemon zest and juice. give it a good mix and then season with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Is great with fish and chicken.
Tomato and Herb pasta
500 gr Dried pasta of your choice
2 Handfuls cherry tomatoes
1 Handful fresh Basil
Salt and pepper
1 tbs Butter or milk free alternative
Cook the pasta like normal, drain and keep a little of the water. In the saucepan melt the butter and put in the halved cherry tomatoes cook untill soft the add the chopped basil and toss in the cooked pasta with the saved water. season with a bit of salt and pepper.
This pasta is great on its own with a little grated cheese or with fish, meat of grilled vegetables.
